Yes! Many of our gift boxes and products can be personalized. You can also add a personalised message at checkout, which we’ll handwrite and include in your box for that extra special touch.

Shipping is free on all orders within the UK, with no minimum spend.

We process and dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Standard UK delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on its way.

If you are not completely satisfied, non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Personalized items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please email info@thejoyfulbox.co.uk with your order details to start a return.

We do our best to ensure every box is perfect. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a mistake, please contact us at info@thejoyfulbox.co.uk within 14 days and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
